Low Carb Spinach Mushrooms Scrambled eggs Recipe


INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
4-5 Leaves of Spinach
3-4 Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Chopped Onion
1 Teaspoon Chopped Tomato
Salt
Pepper
 Butter
 
 



 Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper





Heat Oil In  a non Stick Pan 
And add Chopped Mushrooms. Cook on high till golden brown.
 


 Add chopped Onion and Tomatoes




Cook For 2 minutes and add salt and pepper



Cut the Spinach in small pieces

 

Add the Spinach to the vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes





When done pour the eggs from sides and cook it for 2 minutes..Then beat with the help of a spoon till cooked...






It tastes too good and even the kids love it.
