INGREDIENTS

Canapes
Chopped Onion
Chopped Capsicum
Chopped Tomato
Cheese
Salt
Oregano
Chili Flakes 
Corn
Tomato Ketchup





How to Make Instant Cheesy Canapes



Take canapes and put them in a tray or plate.
Canapes are ready made and are easily available in the market.
If you can not find Canapes for any reason you can use Golgappas for this recipe





 



Take Chopped Onion, Tomato and Capsicum
Take 1 Tablespoon Sweet Corn


 



Put Onions in the Canapes


 


Add Tomatoes


 



Add Capsicums


 



Then add corn in each Canape


 


Sprinkle some salt and Oregano


 



Add Tomato Ketchup


 


Now add sliced Cheese on the Canapes




 


Bake them in the Oven for 10 -15 minutes
Bake for Longer if you want melted Cheese.
My kids Do not like canapes with melted cheese so I baked only for 15 minutes.





Sprinkle some oregano and Chili Flakes and our Canapes are ready to be served







Fruits Custard Recipe

 



Fruit Custard is liked and loved by all and it is very simple to make as well.So When you feel like eating something sweet and do not have time to make anything else, just make this easy and yummy custard in no time.



INGREDIENTS


Milk - Half kg
custard powder  - 2 Tablespoons
Sugar - 2 Teaspoons
Assorted Fruits







Take Half Bowl Milk From the half Kg Milk and add 2 Tablespoon Custard powder to it.




 Mix well so that no lumps are formed.




Meanwhile boil the remaining milk and add two teaspoons sugar to it.You can add more sugar if you like excessive sweet taste.Add the Custard powder mixed milk and keep stirring it so that no lumps are formed.




Keep it aside to cool. Let it come to room temperature. Then keep it in the fridge 





Add fruits of your choice and serve chilled.
Add fruits at the time of serving only.If you will add food prior to serving , it might tastes bitter.

Fruit custard is a very popular dessert that is specially the favorite of kids.I have made it hundred of times but this time I thought why not make it in a different style.So I  made chocolate bowls and then served custard in the baskets.Just a small change and it became an instant hit in the family.Even my kids friends loved it a lot.This is very simple to make and looks very tempting if made like this.

INGREDIENTS

Milk - Half kg
custard powder  - 2 Tablespoons

Dark Chocolate For Baskets


 How To make Custard Pudding In Chocolate Bowls

How To Make Chocolate Bowls



Take Silicon Bowls And with the help of a brush paint them with melted Chocolate.Make a slightly thick layer.When done, keep them in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes, take them out and paint them again with melted chocolate.The purpose of making double layers is that Chocolate bowls will come out easily from the Silicon Cups.These are different bowls and the once i have used in the recipe are different but the process  of making them is the same.

Take the chocolate bowls out from the silicon moulds slowly.This one is made in white chocolate thats why it is white from outside.


How To Make White Sauce For Pasta At Home

RECIPE OF WHITE PASTA SAUCE 






INGREDIENTS

Milk                               500 ml
Garlic cloves                    2
Onion                               half
Bay leaf                           1
Clove                               2
Butter                             50 gms
Plain flour                       50 gms 
Oregano
Chili flakes
Thyme
Basil


METHOD OF MAKING WHITE SAUCE


Take 400 ml milk in a pan and gently bring it to boil.



 



Add onion, garlic, clove and bay leaf to the milk while boiling 





Keep the milk aside and Melt butter in another saucepan,

 



 then add 1 tablespoon flour, and stir it so that no lumps are formed.Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
 

  

Take 100 milk in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon plain flour to it



Remove the onion, bay leaf, garlic and cloves from the boiled milk  which we have kept aside
and add it to to the pan and keep stirring it so that no lumps are formed.




 Now add the milk (in which you have mixed 1 teaspoon plain flour)

Keep stirring it otherwise lumps would be formed.

Add salt to taste

 


Now add oregano to the cooked sauce
 


 Add thyme and basil according to your taste




 cook for 1-2 minutes until you get the thick texture.
Your yummy white sauce is ready
You can have it with pasta or sandwiches.
