Easy Colorful Vanilla cake

This is probably one of the simplest and easiest cake that you will make....And the texture of this cake is too good....Such an easy recipe that you wont stop making one.....You will be tempted to bake it often.....as this cake wont land you in the problem of cleaning many bowls  and spoons....

INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar 
2 Food Colors (Optional)
1 Tablespoon Chopped almonds
1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence





Steps To make this Instant Cake

 STEP 1

Preheat the oven at 180 ' for 10 minutes.
 


STEP 2

1. Sift the whole wheat Flour , Baking Powder and Baking soda in a Mixer jar

2. Add the Eggs, oil and sugar

3. Blend in the mixer for 2 minutes.

4. Add Vanilla Essence

5.Divide the batter in 3 parts in 3 bowls.

In one bowl mix yellow food color(just 1-2 drops)
In another bowl mix green food color( 1 -2 drops)
Let the third bowl have natural color.





 STEP 3

Now Grease a baking tin with oil and sprinkle some whole wheat flour on it.

Spread the almonds evenly in the tin. 

Pour the batter of 3rd bowl(natural) in the Baking Tin

Now put the batter of other two bowls one by one.... 

Give it some design with a spoon

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180'

Take out the cake when done and allow it to cool completely.






This is a super yummy cake and the most easiest one too.You do not need steps to be followed and pour the ingredients one by one while making this cake.This is a easy mixer cake.Just add all the ingredients in the mixer and blend for 10 minutes.That's it.You do not need to waste time in measuring the ingredients and then pouring them one by one.My family calls it rescue cake as it has helped me many times whenever situations calls for an instant cake

 Heat 1/4 teaspoon oil In a pressure cooker





Add Cumin Seeds




Add Chopped Onion




Add Chopped Tomato



Add Chat Masala




Salt to taste





Add Coriander powder





Add Chili Powder





Add Water and chickpeas







Cook for 10-15 minutes
