Homemade Chocolate Truffle Icecream Recipe

 Chocolate Truffle Ice cream Recipe
 


INGREDIENTS



1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoon Cornflour
1 Kg Whole Milk
200 gms fresh Cream 
Melted Chocolate
Vanilla Essence


You will need 1 kg Full Cream Milk.





 Take Half cup milk in a cup and put the remaining milk to boil.


  

Add 2 Teaspoons Cornflour to the milk in the glass and mix it properly





 Add Sugar according to your taste and let the milk boil for 5 minutes on low flame.

 



Now add the Cornflour Milk to the boiling milk and keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. Let the milk simmer for 5 more minutes.





 In a separate bowl take the fresh cream





Add the Vanilla Essence and beat it to obtain a smooth texture





 After the milk comes to room temperature, Add the cream to the milk and mix well.

 






Now melt chocolate in a kadhai or a pan









Add 2 Tablespoons melted chocolate to the milk and keep the rest aside

 



Mix it well




Take the remaining melted chocolate and make a layer in the dish





Add the milk and chocolate mix





 


With the help of a spoon garnish it with melted chocolate




Freeze it




Chocolate Truffle Ice cream is ready.
 



Cut it in pieces and serve as it wont come out well with the help of a scoop
 



Your kids will go crazy for it....





Homemade Choco Bar Icecream Recipe




INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoon Cornflour
1 Kg Whole Milk
200 gms fresh Cream 
Melted Chocolate 
Icecream Stick
Vanilla Essence






You will need 1 kg Full Cream Milk.

Fill the Vanilla Icecream  in the mould and insert Ice Cream sticks





Keep the Mould in the freezer for 3- 4 hours.After it is completely set , Put it in warm water for 5 minutes and the ice cream will come out smoothly. Now keep the Stick icecream on a foil and again keep it in the freezer.




Meanwhile We will Prepare the melted chocolate covering. For this you will need some dark chocolate and white chocolate.You can also use milk chocolate .Then you will not need dark chocolate and white chocolate.





Keep a Pan on the gas and fill it 1/4 with water.Keep a kadai over the pan and put the chocolate in it. Add 1 teaspoon Coconut oil or olive oil.Keep stirring the chocolate so that no lumps are formed.




When it melts completely dip the vanilla Stick Icecream in the chocolate and take it out as fast as you can, otherwise the ice cream will melt and the chocolate will  become hard.








Tempting Chocobar is ready.Now do not buy your kids chocobar from market as you know how to make at home and that too in a very easy way.









Homemade Royal Dry Fruit Ice Cream




Homemade Dry Fruits Icecream / Mawa Kulfi

This is one of my favorite Icecream .
I can eat the full tub without sharing with anyone else.My kids are equally crazy for this icecream and In summers, I am forced to make this every week .I keep experimenting with easy recipes so that I can make instant ice cream when my kids demand it without showing any kind of patience.

  

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Cup Sugar

Mix Dry Fruits
1 Teaspoon Ready made Thandai For Garnishing


How To  Make Yummy Dry Fruit Ice cream


 


You will need 1 kg Full Cream Milk.

Chop the Dry Fruits using a Chopper





Add the Chopped nuts to the milk and transfer the mix to the Dish. keep it in the freezer for 4-5 hours









Take out  the ice cream from the freezer and sprinkle some chopped nuts.You can also garnish it with readymade Thandai syrup...
