Low calorie bread roll recipe

 

 




Bread Rolls are everyone s favorite but most of the time we do not eat them for the fear of getting fat.

Here s an very easy recipe of making your favorite bread rolls with almost zero oil

 

 INGREDIENTS 


4-5 Medium sized Boiled Potatoes
2 Chopped Onions
Handful Of green Peas
1 Green Chili
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Olive Oil
Grated Cheese



These measurements will makes around 15-16 Bread Rolls In Appe Pan

Method of cooking Bread Rolls


Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds




Add Chopped Onions
 


Add handfull of green peas  





Add salt to taste
 



Add Half Teaspoon Chili Powder
 


Add 1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala and cook the vegetables on low flame for 5-10 minutes.

 


 
  


Now Take Grated cheese and mix it well.After adding cheese add boiled and peeled potatoes and cook the vegetables on medium flame for 5 more minutes.
  




Take off the pan from the gas and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.

Now take the bread slices and divide each slices into two parts.I have taken whole wheat bread to keep my bread rolls healthy 


Dip the bread in a bowl of water and press the bread immediately with soft hands .Now fill the filling inside the bread and give it round ball shape as shown in the below picture.
Repeat the same process for all the breads.

 
 


 Now greece the Appe Pan with just a drop of oil in each section and put the breadrolls inside it and cover it with a lid.


Let them cook for 3-4 minutes and then invert them and again cook for 3-4 minutes.



Your No Oil bread rolls are ready.They are so crispy and tasty that just can not stop eating them.







Health conscious people can also eat them without having the guilt of eating fried foods.
