3-4 Spinach Leaves  
1/2  Cucumber
Baby tomatoes or 1/2 Small Tomato
Chia seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Water
 




How To Make Chia Seeds Green Detox Smoothie


Dissolve 1 teaspoon Chia in a glass of water 10- 15 minutes before making this green smoothie.These little seed expands many times in liquid thus making your stomach feel full faster and that makes you eat less.They are loaded with fiber which is the key to weight loss.Chia seeds should always be soaked in liquid before eating them else they can create some choking problems when eaten dry.You can experiment on your own by adding chia seeds to various recipes for breakfast,lunch or dinner.














Combinae all the ingredients except Chia Seeds in a Blender
Add 1/2 Cup water






Blend to a smooth puree and strain it in the strainer..
Now add the remaining water...
