Chinese Macroni Recipe


 

Macroni is kids favorite dish and chinese too.Most of the kids are crazy for chinese.What if the taste of chinese served with Italian Macroni.This is a very easy and healthy recipe of Chinese Macroni which even beginners can make.If you can make Maggi, You can also make this chinese Macroni.


INGREDIENTS

 Macroni - 2 Cups
Onions  - 2
Capsicum -  1 Small
Red/Yellow Pepper -  1 Small (Optional) 
Mushrooms  - 5 or 6 Medium
Carrot - I Large
Salt
Red Chili Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Soya Sauce  - 1 Teaspoon
Tomato Ketchup  - 1 Teaspoon
Chili Sauce - 1 Tablespoon
Tomato - 1
Green Chili - 1






How To Make Chinese Macroni


 


Chop all the vegetables and keep them aside

 

 



Take 2 Cups Whole Wheat/Suji Macroni and boil it in water for 10 minutes.Add Half teaspoon salt and half teaspoon oil to the boiling water.


 



 After 10 minutes, Using a Strainer, Strain the water and add half teaspoon of oil so that the macroni wont stick to each other.Mix it well with a spoon.

  


Heat 1 Teaspoon Oil In A Pan 





    Add the Chopped Vegetables except chili and tomatoes



 Cook the vegetables on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
 


Now slow down the flame and add salt to taste


Add Red Chili Powder
 


Add half Teaspoon Black pepper powder



Cook the vegetables on low flame for 2-3 minutes and then add the chopped Tomatoes






After adding the tomatoes cook for another 2 minutes


 Add the soya sauce and chili sauce



 Add the tomato ketchup and mix it well



 
 Now add the boiled pasta and mix it well



Healthy and delicious Macroni is ready.
