
Healthy food has always been my favorite.
I love eating junk food on weekends but on weekdays I am a big health freak.i would prefer eating all greens and healthy food and in case I m not able to make anything for myself I would skip the dinner or just have papaya or apple.
INGREDIENTS
3 Tbspn sooji
2 Tbspn powdered oats
2 carrots chopped
1 onion chopped
1 green chilli
1 bowl finely chopped mushrooms
Oil for greasing
1 bowl curd
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Oregano
Thyme
Chilli flakes
You can also ass other chopped vegetables of your choice(spinach, capsicum, corn, babycorn or whatever you will like to have in your appes)
PROCEDURE FOR MAKING APPE
Take oats and sooji in a large size bowl and mix curd to it.Add water as desired.Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Take oats and sooji in a large size bowl and mix curd to it.Add water as desired.Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Take chopped vegetables of your choice and add to the batter.
Add salt, red chilli powder, oregano, thyme and chilli flakes to the batter.
Your
batter is ready.Now take a Appe Pan and put 2 drops of oil in the appe
pan just to greese it.Now invert the appe pan so that the excess oil
will fall down.Because we want oil free and guilt free appe to satisfy
our hunger panks and lose weight at the same time.
Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.Now invert the appe one by one with the help of a spoon and cook on the other side as well for 4-5 minutes .
YOUR beautiful and healthy appe are ready.Serve them hot with ketchup or my favorite garlic chutney..
