Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Icing


 





 



INGREDIENTS


For The Cake

1.25 Cup Self Rising Flour (Maida)
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
100 Ml Oil
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
100 Ml Hot Water



For Garnishing


Dark Chocolate Melted






How To Make Chocolate Cake


 Take the Flour in a bowl

 
  


Add Sugar 





Add Cocoa powder





Add baking Powder




After combining all the ingredients, sift in a strainer 





 In  separate bowl, take 2 egg whites plus yolk




Add Vanilla Essence 





Add Oil And Hot Water





Beat all the ingredients till they are mixed properly





Now add the flour mix to this liquid mix slowly so that no lumps are formed.Beat thoroughly so that all the ingredients gets mixed  






Greece a cake pan with oil 





Put a parchment paper at the bottom so that the cake will not stick to the pan






Add the Cake Mix 





Bake on high for 6 to 7 minutes. After 5 minutes take the cake out and check with the help of a tooth pick whether the cake is ready or not.If the toothpick comes out clean, your cake is ready.Let it cool for 5-7 minutes outside the microwave.




For the icing, melt any chocolate or dark chocolate slab in microwave on 540 for 2-3 minutes ( make sure to check after every 30 seconds and mix the chocolate with the help of a spoon ) and  pour it over the cake
