RECIPE OF WHITE PASTA SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
Milk 500 ml
Garlic cloves 2
Onion half
Bay leaf 1
Clove 2
Butter 50 gms
Plain flour 50 gms
Oregano
Chili flakes
Thyme
Basil
METHOD OF MAKING WHITE SAUCE
Take 400 ml milk in a pan and gently bring it to boil.

Add onion, garlic, clove and bay leaf to the milk while boiling
Keep the milk aside and Melt butter in another saucepan,
then add 1 tablespoon flour, and stir it so that no lumps are formed.Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Take 100 milk in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon plain flour to it
Remove the onion, bay leaf, garlic and cloves from the boiled milk which we have kept aside
and add it to to the pan and keep stirring it so that no lumps are formed.
Now add the milk (in which you have mixed 1 teaspoon plain flour)
Keep stirring it otherwise lumps would be formed.
Add salt to taste
Now add oregano to the cooked sauce
Add thyme and basil according to your taste
cook for 1-2 minutes until you get the thick texture.
Your yummy white sauce is ready
You can have it with pasta or sandwiches.
