Dalia Fritters is a very good option for health conscious people as it is made with almost zero oil and do not have any kind of fats.Dalia or porridge as we all know is a very healthy food but some people do not like eating dalia as they think it is a food for those not well.But this alteration is not only healthy, it is delicious as well.
INGREDIENTS
1 Bowl Roasted Dalia
1 Bowl Bread Crumbs
1 Bowl Mashed paneer
salt to taste
1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 Chopped Green chili
Half Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
Half Teaspoon Amchoor Powder
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
How To Make Dalia Fritters
Take 1 Bowl Roasted Dalia and soak it in water for 1 hour.After 1 hour strain the excess water with the help of a muslin cloth.
Put the dalia in a large container
Add 1 Bowl Mashed PaneerAdd salt to taste
Add Red Chili Powder
Add 1 Chopped Green chili
Add 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
HAlf Teaspoon Amchoor Powder
Half Teaspoon Garam Masala
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Mix all the ingredients with your hands like you kneed the dough, then make small balls if you want no oil fritters and If you want to fry them, you can give any shape.
Greece the Appe pan With one drop of oil and put the balls in the pan.Let them cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
When Cook from one side, turn the balls so that they get cooked from other side as well
Delicious, mouthwatering, low calorie Dalia Fritters are ready.
