Homemade Dry Fruits Icecream / Mawa Kulfi
This is one of my favorite Icecream .
I can eat the full tub without sharing
with anyone else.My kids are equally crazy for this icecream and In
summers, I am forced to make this every week .I keep experimenting with easy recipes so that I can make instant ice cream when my kids demand it without showing any kind of patience.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoon Cornflour
1 Kg Whole Milk
200 gms fresh Cream
Mix Dry Fruits
1 Teaspoon Ready made Thandai For Garnishing
How To Make Yummy Dry Fruit Ice cream
You will need 1 kg Full Cream Milk.
Add 2 Teaspoons Cornflour to the milk in the glass and mix it properly
Add Sugar according to your taste and let the milk boil for 5 minutes on low flame.
Now add the Cornflour Milk to the boiling milk and keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. Let the milk simmer for 5 more minutes.
In a separate bowl take the fresh cream
Add the Vanilla Essence and beat it to obtain a smooth texture
Take the mix Dry Fruits of your choice
Chop the Dry Fruits using a Chopper
Add the Chopped nuts to the milk and transfer the mix to the Dish. keep it in the freezer for 4-5 hours
Take out the ice cream from the freezer and sprinkle some chopped nuts.You can also garnish it with readymade Thandai syrup...
