Easy 5 Ingredients Mango Ice Cream

 


Mango season is on and so are icecreams.Who doesn`t like Iceceams? From kids to Adults, all a crazy for them.And my kids can eat 10 in a day.They are the craziest of all.So I generally make Ice Creams at home.This is a very easy mango icecream recipe which will not require ou to run here and there for ingredients.All the 5 ingredients are easily available in every household.So what are you waiting for, Get set go and give your kids a surprise before they are back from school.


 INGREDIENTS

2 Mangoes
3/4 Cup Sugar
3 Teaspoon Cornflour
1 Kg Whole Milk
250 gm fresh Cream


How To Make Easy Mango Ice Cream 






You will need 1 kg Full Cream Milk.Take 1 cup milk in a glass and put the remaining milk to boil.Add 3 Teaspoons Cornflour to the milk in the glass and mix it properly




  

Boil the remaining milk and add 3/4 Cup sugar and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.






 After 5 minutes add the Cornflour milk and again keep it on sim for 10-15 minutes stirring continuously.After 15 minutes switch of the gas and keep the milk aside till it comes to room temperature.







Let the Milk comes to room temperature. Meanwhile Take 2 ripe Mangoes and make their puree in a grinder.






Mix this Mango Puree with the Cornflour Milk.Now Add the cream .


  


Mix well and pour the mixture in Ice cream Moulds.You can simple freeze in a dish or bowl as well.My kids like with stick so i have made candy kind ice cream.After 4 Hours take out the ice cream and enjoy.You will surely love this one.Its melt in the mouth kinds, The creamy texture and goodness of milk is too yummy to resist.
